Where can I order from you?

If you are a business customer of ShapeMakers and already have access to the order portal, click here.
Are you new or want to place a one-off order? Then contact us to get more information. If necessary, our staff will create an account for you in the order portal. No answer to your question? Then please contact us.

What materials do you use?

For milling the moulds, we use PUR foam with different densities. These densities vary between 80 kg/m³ and 300 kg/m³. We also mill from MDF, which is compressed wood.

For 3D printing products, we use different printing techniques with different materials. The most common materials are PP, TPU, PA11 & PA12. What are your delivery times?

Normally, we have a policy of ordered before 10:00, shipped the same day. However, in case of non-standard models or extreme crowds, this may be delayed to shipment within two working days.

What are your prices?

When will my order arrive?

If you or someone within your company has not received a track & trace code, we will be happy to send it to you. We normally dispatch milling jigs within 2 working days. If you have not received milling jigs after 3 working days, please feel free to contact us.

Normally, we apply shipping within 14 days for 3D prints, if you have not received 3D prints after more than 14 days please feel free to contact us.
