Your expert in custom-made products.
As experts in custom-made products, we saw opportunities in the industry. Shapemakers is able to customise eligible products with Mass-customisation in mind. This could include mouth-nose masks, safety masks and footwear. All products can be produced in company colours or personalised per product.
As a market expert in custom-made products in orthopaedics, sports and industry, Shapemakers always tries to ensure the best possible advice. Here, through one-to-one discussions with the cooperation party, plans are drawn up that are satisfactory for both parties. Furthermore, as consultants, we also like to think along with you about procedures, sales channels and complete business models.
'Shapemakers puts you in motion and, above all, likes to do it together.'
In the dynamic world of custom-made manufacturing, Shapemakers understands that innovation does not happen in isolation. Its collaborative efforts are where ideas and expertise come together to create solutions that not only meet current needs, but also anticipate future challenges and opportunities. Our collaborations with companies and individual customers are more than transactional; they are partnerships aimed at discovering new opportunities and navigating the complexities of the market together.
Your Vision, Our Mission
Your vision for your products and services is unique, and at Shapemakers, we want to bring that vision to life with our expertise. We go beyond just supplying products; we want to be your partner in realising your goals. Whether you want to bring a new product to market, optimise your production process, or explore a completely new business model, our team is ready to support you every step of the way.
UBA: a case study.
In addition to oral masks, safety masks and footwear, Shapemakers also owns Unborn Arts ' manufacturing operations. Unborn Arts is a company that offers personalised figurines to pregnant couples to give them a nice memento of the pregnancy period in this way.
These figurines are created by taking a 3D scan of the pregnant belly, then the 3D file is submitted to Shapemakers. We then prepare the file to then 3D print the image in the desired material.
Through our expertise in Mass-customisation, we have turned Unborn Arts production into a streamlined process.
