Axelle
Enhanced with greater flexibility, the Axelle robot provides superb management of external axes and boasts remarkably quick machining cycles.
The embedded CAM software enables the seamless automatic generation of machining paths upon completion of the milling process, suitable for all shapes produced along a single axis, including corsets, AFOs, KAFOs, helmets, and prostheses.
Shortened machining durations, precise control of accelerations to minimize vibrations, and flawless synchronization of the 7th axis all contribute to an exceptional quality of the finished products. The Axelle robot’s rapid performance helps to decrease increments and maintain cycle times well below those offered by existing solutions.
- Milling a helmet takes less than 2 minutes
