We are excited to announce our latest developments: Shapemakers now offers custom-made lasts and 3D-printed insoles. After eleven years of experience in orthopedics, we are now also focusing on shoemaking technology.
Expansion into Shoemaking Technology
Shapemakers, known for its expertise in orthopedic solutions, is now expanding into shoemaking technology. We have taken the step to offer custom-made lasts and 3D-printed insoles. Our new service provides lasts that are fully manufactured based on 3D files and customized using a 3D-printed cast filled up with PU foam.
This innovative process ensures a precise fit and delivers a final product that meets our high standards for functionality and comfort. The delivery time for these custom-made lasts is a maximum of seven working days, allowing us to serve you quickly and efficiently.
Insoles with Programmable Foam-TPU
In addition to lasts, we now also offer advanced insoles made from Programmable Foam-TPU. This material is designed to create various comfort zones using our specially developed slicing software. This ensures excellent pressure distribution and increased comfort, making it an ideal solution for people with diabetes or other foot issues. Our insoles are developed with both functional and aesthetic requirements in mind, providing a customized solution that can be tailored to the user’s specific needs.
At Shapemakers, we support you throughout the entire process, from design to production. You can opt for our full design service or take control yourself with our software and hardware solutions. As an added incentive, we offer a 50% discount on your first order when submitting a 3D file (STL or other format).
