What you draw in is in the seating orthosis or recumbent orthosis. No deviations due to manual cutting or positioning. And also convenient: the model remains available. You simply resubmit it or adjust it specifically if the user grows or a system needs to be replaced.

Shapemakers produces components for seating solutions via CNC milling and 3D printing using soft foam for the upholstery and construction of seating systems and PIR for stiffer structural components.
Milling is the preferred technique for larger, flat components and structural parts. The 3D printer is suitable for parts with more complex geometries and/or specific material properties. Shapemakers advises which technique best suits the design of your customised seating orthosis.
